About the HORN Affect

 The HORN Affect is that unexplainable character that one exemplifies as a leader that screams, "You are valuable!  You are unique!  You Matter!" Even if the words are never uttered, the HORN Affect exudes a positive vibe that convicts individuals to lead with honor. build trust, communicate clearly, and show strength and resilience.  We all have a responsibility to blow the HORN (show HONORABLE, OUTSTANDING, RARE, and NOTICEABLE character).

To experience the HORN Affect in your company, call L & R Human Resource Consulting, LLC for a free consultation.  During the consultation, the participant should be able to discuss specific organizational needs.  The HORN Affect training is offered either by virtual or in-person means.    Based on your need, the sessions are either two (2) or four (4) hours in length.
